Presentation and discussion regarding the 1st Coding Bootcamp with Guaranteed Employment in Greece, which represents the primary action of the Alliance For Digital Employability. The Coding Bootcamp is targeted at unemployed candidates that following their re-skilling in coding and software development, will be occupied as full-stack developers. The program is based on three pillars:

nicolaidesEleni is among the founding members and currently serves as the Project Manager of AFDEmp, an initiative that aims to decrease unemployment in Greece by creating 500,000 new jobs in ICT. She is also the New Business Opportunities Development Manager at PEOPLECERT, being responsible for the identification, evaluation and implementation of new endeavors.
Eleni’s background is in the TMT investment banking and venture capital industries and remains passionate and actively involved in the tech startup ecosystem.
She holds a BSc in Business Administration from the American College of Greece, an MSc in Sociology from the University of Oxford and is certified in Corporate Finance from the London Business School. She has also completed a gap year as a volunteer in Ghana, Africa and in Mumbai, India.
